Convert PDF to Word
Open a PDF and get back a .docx you can actually edit in Word — the text reflows as real paragraphs, with headings, bold and italic, bullet and numbered lists, tables, columns and images rebuilt as native Word content instead of a flat picture or locked text boxes. The whole conversion happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored. Ordinary documents come through cleanly; very complex layouts are best-effort, equations arrive as plain-text lines, and a scanned PDF with no text layer needs an OCR tool instead.
Your PDF is converted to Word in your browser and never uploaded. Nothing is stored.

Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded when I convert it to Word?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so your file stays on your device and is never sent to or stored on our server.
Will the Word file keep my formatting?
Headings, bold and italic text, bullet and numbered lists, tables, columns and images are rebuilt as editable Word content. Ordinary documents come through well; very complex or heavily designed layouts are best-effort, so expect to touch up the odd spacing or colour.
Can it convert a scanned PDF?
Only if the PDF has a real text layer. A scan is just an image of the page, so there is no text to pull out — you would need an OCR tool to recognise the characters first.
What happens to equations and formulas?
They come through as plain-text lines in the right place, not as editable 2D math. The characters are kept, but complex mathematical layout is not rebuilt.
Is converting PDF to Word free?
Yes — completely free, with no account, no watermark and no limit on how often you use it.
